The shared save functionality makes this even more compelling, allowing Quantum Break players to move from platform to platform at will. It also pushes the Windows 10 Xbox Store much harder. "Buy Quantum Break, Get the PC Version Free!" sounds really good and gets people to pick up Quantum Break, but more importantly it's likely to get players who haven't already upgraded to Windows 10 to do so. That's the real thrust of this announcement. It's worth noting that the PC copy is actually the Windows 10 version, downloaded through the Xbox Store.
